Welcome to PawBite! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://pawbite.io and any related services provided by PawBite.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Use of the Service  
PawBite is an app that helps you determine if a food item is safe for your pet using image-based analysis. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts  
To use some features of the service, you may be required to register an account and provide your name, email address, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Data Collection

4. Intellectual Property

PawBite provides general guidance on pet food safety based on image recognition and publicly available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the results. It is your responsibility to consult a veterinarian or conduct your own research before feeding your pet any food item. We are not responsible for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from reliance on the service.

9. Governing Law  
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

10. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals  
PawBite offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:
- Weekly Plan: $4.99 per week (includes a 3-day free trial)
- Yearly Plan: $24.99 per year (save 83% from regular price)

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal term. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms  
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
